The living room has a couch, coffee table, Television with stand and fireplace, with the formal dining area containing a large table with six chairs. The lighting is recessed along the beautiful molding in the ceiling, and the windows have exterior roll down shutters that allow light and venting, or completely block light and air.
The kitchen comes with lovely tile walls, granite counter tops, a dinette, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. A nice sized pantry, full appliances including: refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, stove, oven microwave and clothes washer, all new. The deck has built in clothes lines and safety railing.
The main full bath is beautifully appointed with a marble counter top, tile walls, heater towel rack, bath/shower and bidet.

The condo owners are from Portugal, and now live in the United States. However, they visit portugal often, and have family near the condo in case of emergencies.
Rental of the condo is preferred to be to business persons working in Lisbon temporarily, with leases running from three months to a year at a time. The deposit will be one month rent, with first and last month rents paid in advance. The rentors will be responsible for rentor's insurance. The owner is responsible for utilities including cable and internet services. Parking is included in the free spaces in front of the building.
The rental amount depends on the length of the rental, and starts at €950 per month paid directly the the owner's account, rates negotiable depending on the length of the lease, shorter leases can expect an increased rate. A formal lease will be drawn up and signed at the time of the lease.
Payment will be due on the first of the month, with a 5 day grace period. Late payments will cost the rentor 10% of the late amount. Non-payment will result in expulsion from the property, with all deposits and rent paid forfeited.
